Great deal for such program

It's a bit lower than the market rate, but the culture makes it worth it.

Decent pay for a graduate program, a bit of a pay cut for career changers.

For a graduate, it is a decent salary. The prospects are also very strong.

The career opportunities far outweigh any issues I had with the fixed contract.

We don't get bonuses as Data School employees

I took a huge cut to join the scheme - almost å£10k in fact and it's been a bit tight; however, I understand we get a tremendous opportunity to learn in an incredible culture, which is priceless. Therefore, I'm fairly content - although a little bonus once a year would be really useful! That said, all the drinks and social events we receive are plentiful compensation for a low salary!

Good if you have been in the company for a while.

Not enough base salary. However, there is a lot of budget for staff entertaining.

Pay is competitive, especially including the benefits and the fact that the training and support is a large component of the programme.

Discounts to industry conferences, and certification exams.

Company culture. Some events may be included at times. Certification in software is paid for.

A very good expenses policy. Even if you have left the company, as an alumnus/a, you still have access to events, people and knowledge from the company.

The company organises many meets up to maintain a good environment since everyone is in different places. We have a Christmas party with everyone from the company and pod meetings
