Team Introduction

Video Cloud Infra team, facing business experience and cost, builds a competitive video transmission network and multimedia processing platform, builds data foundation and analysis capabilities, drives product refined operation, reduces costs and increases efficiency.

We are seeking passionate engineers to join in and build the next-generation CDN. Based on globally distributed edge/IoT devices, it is the largest edge node cluster ever, upon which we built edge IaaS/PaaS/caching systems and SDN networks for multimedia scenarios like short videos, live streamings, and real-time communications, to provide an ever better user experience with lower cost for our products.

Responsibilities

1. Research and develop edge CDN Server, Network Proxy, Media Server, etc. Design, implement, and optimize their communication, transmission, storage, and other capabilities; or,
2. Research, develop, and internationalize the company's global edge device PaaS platform; or,
3. Research and develop global network quality dialing/testing/monitoring systems on massive edge devices to improve global SDN stability and routing.

Qualifications

1. Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2. Have campus-level project or research experience in at least one of the following areas: edge computing, CDN/edge caching, large-scale distributed systems, infrastructure, network transmission/protocol, network QoE monitoring/APM, global network routing, graph computing, k8s, docker, IoT, or FaaS;
3. Solid programming skills, good coding style, good foundation in data structures and algorithms, and good problem-oriented engineering thinking;
4. Love programming, strong desire for knowledge, curiosity and enterprising spirit, able to timely focus on and learn the new technologies in the industry
