Your role

As an intern, you will work directly with internal/sales teams, brands, and creators to help redefine how businesses tell stories and reach audiences. TikTok's Global Business Marketing Team works with brands of all sizes, empowering them to connect with their audiences by helping them create TikToks, not ads. This includes creative ideation, brand and events strategy, design & production of TikTok For business, and helping bring brands to life on our platform. This is a dynamic and high-growth team and we are looking for a talented intern to support the marketing effort of the TikTok For Business team.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Support the Marketing Manager on end-to-end Program delivery, including integrated communication planning, event engagement planning, invitation management and identifying program deliverables and milestones.
  • Support marketing manager and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on client engagements, campaign creation and execution, and playbooks.
  • Create and design program assets including; landing pages & event websites, customer surveys and questionnaires, event invitations, and signage.
  • Collaborate on post-program reporting and data collection to measure the impact and ROI of the program, in creating streamlined processes and documentation.
  • Partner with the TikTok For Business Marketing team to create and deliver content for owned channels and monthly meetings.
  • Support Marketing contracting and internal procurement processes.

About you

Role requirements:

  • Pursuing or graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Event Management or majoring in either of these.
  • Passion for marketing, hospitality, TikTok and project management
  • Available for a 6-month internship, 4 days a week
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project management with the ability to define process improvements
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship-building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results
