Job Description:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Requirements :
- Final Year Student, or student currently pursuing bachelor's degree with minimum 5th semester is welcome to apply
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
- Have big interest in Sports, especially in Football
- Detail oriented
- Able to act quickly when a problem arises (refer to SOP)
- Good teamwork skills (communication, listening, reliability)
- Available to work in night shift
- Available to have 6 months internship period
