Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes after Academy Program you will work toward completing?
As an Associate Marketing Specialist in Customer Experience & Success (CXS), you will be a key member of the APJ Audiences and Program team, responsible for supporting the development and delivery of regional marketing programs aimed at raising awareness through brand, thought leadership, driving demand through customer & account experiences for VMwareโs Enterprise segment across all touchpoints, and educating customers on their multi-cloud journey.
We offer hands-on experience developing and implementing comprehensive omnichannel programs including events (face-to-face and virtual), database marketing, email, social media, web and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities. You will also learn the soft skills on how to communicate with your myriad stakeholders from all over the world.

The APJ Audiences and Program team is led by Fabian Sossa, and you will have teammates residing in Singapore, Australia, India, Japan and China. We are data-driven, results-oriented and highly motivated to surpass ourselves with each new project we take on. We look out for each other and are accountable as one team while we innovate and drive commercial outcomes.
Where is the role located?
Sydney or Melbourne Australia.
Non-Remote. Flexi work arrangements such as working from home are allowed.
Billable hours, as the business unit operates as its own profit loss center. Consulting is strictly post sales design, implementation and onboarding - moving from customer project to customer project. Large amount of technical and consultative duties. Working for an IT solutions company with an inhouse product, streamlines delivery and support drastically.
Day-to-day responsibilities changes depending on what you're working on which is what I love in comparison to doing the same thing day in and day out. We work on documentation in preparation for projects, have customer or internal meetings, implement VMware products, etc.
