Recruitment Process

The steps in the ZALA recruitment process is:

  • Application - best to include your CV and cover letter explaining your interest and transferable skills and experience for the position.
  • Phone interview - 15-30 minute phone screen with either the Hiring Manager or HR team
  • In-person interview - with either the Hiring Manager or HR team. We'll introduce the company and the role in more detail and discuss your previous experience related to this role. We'll ask some detailed technical questions and questions related to team and culture fit.
  • Psychometric test (online)
