Job Description:
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization and automation.
- Develop, release, maintain and optimize native Android Applications and oversee mobile application development efforts
- Work directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test, and realize products
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends in mobile technologies
- Understand the market and participate in product roadmap discussions
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science or related field. Or if you don't have a Bachelor's degree, prove to us that you can code at the same level as other software engineers
- Developing mobile apps using Android SDK with proficiency in Java / Kotlin
- Core Java with good knowledge of Kotlin with solid OOD principles and design patterns
- Jetpack components, RxJava and Dagger2
- Storyboards, auto layout, and size classes for UI designing
- Memory management, multithreaded programming, and background processing
- Strong CS fundamentals (with competencies in algorithms and data structures)
- SaaS platforms for mobile development such as Analytics, Push Notifications, Cloud Storage, Ad Networks, etc
- Knowledge of Android’s debugging, unit-testing, memory, and performance optimization tools as well as experience of automated and manual testing platforms

My job is to make storyboards for animation series and it is really enjoyable. It isn't as simple as it looks. There are so many procedures involved, from script breakdown, blocking plan, shot designs, etc. And every single one of the procedures is fun since there are so many creative process with brilliant people involved. Since my division is considered new, the divison hasn't found the most effective workflow. There are still trials and errors in that part.
Lack of room available when many employees go to office
Work environment is very different than I thought before. but gradually I try to adapt.
The working flow could be improved. Since our team is pretty new, we are still working on better mapping, planning, and reporting.
Since this company is growing fast-ly, the culture is not defined perfectly and still find out what's best to be built.
