Justin [00:00:00] So, Juliana, when you were applying to the graduate programme at Arcadis, what was the trickiest interview question that you were asked? How did you handle it?
Juliana [00:00:07] So the trickiest question that we had in our interview was more of a task. So we had to introduce ... figure out how to introduce high-speed rail travel in New South Wales. And the reason that was so difficult was because I had to work with five other applicants that I've never worked with before and we also had to remember that it was an interview, so we had to collaborate as well as impress the people that were interviewing us and the way that I handled that. I tried to think of it as more of a university project and less like an interview, and I put less focus on impressing the interviewers and more focus on working with the other applicants and coming to a solution. Yes, that's very good.
