Daniel studied Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) and Bachelor of Mathematical and Computer Science (Computer Science) at the University of Adelaide and is now an Underwater Weapons Engineer at the Department of Defence.

Aspects of internal business processes are things that my degree has given me background on, so I have supplemented my role, but it’s been more of a learning experience so far.

Domestically, I get to represent MFAT to other agencies, industry, and the public and see how government policy directly impacts people.

Throughout my time working at Empired I have met many developers with unique backgrounds including engineers, mathematicians and even someone who studied languages at university.
