What I have enjoyed the most in the graduate program would have to be the flexibility in experiencing different areas of the business and getting to know all the talented people in each team.
This morning, I have my first meeting with the Graduate Steering Committee. It’s exciting to be able to work with other graduates and graduate program alumni to help all the grads in the program get the most out of the experience.
It’s important to think strategically about the long-term direction of the business – for example, who should our main customers be? What training do we need to ensure that my team stay relevant?
