The best part of my job is working with the various departments both internally and externally across different sites.

As an HR Graduate, I’ve been given an exciting and great opportunity to work alongside the Employee Relations (ER) team during my first rotation.

I think the thrill of settling transactions and creating major commercial outcomes for clients is what keeps corporate lawyers going – it’s certainly one aspect that I find exhilarating.

I think the important thing about being here is to accept that you won't know the ‘tricks’ of the consulting trade until you keep at it.

Every day on the job is different and you're constantly being exposed to new things, which means that I'm given genuine and meaningful learning opportunities. 

As a Performance Auditor, I work in a small team of 2–4 people to produce a 50 page report over 6–12 months.

I love being able to see my work come to life. Booking in all the materials and crews to come and build their scope of works, then to see all the works come together and form into a road is amazing. I enjoy building rapport with the crews on site.
