As a Graduate within Finance, I have had the chance to work in a number of teams on a range of exciting projects.

In my first week at Post, I was lucky enough to be part of the launch of our new recognition program Thank you. This allowed me to be directly involved in running activities throughout the week to support employee wellbeing.

One of the things I enjoy most about my job is working with my team and the chance to work with people who have a range of experiences and different engineering specialisations.

My role with Elders is as an Agronomist, I am out in the field most days, visiting and helping farmers with queries about their crops and pastures.

To be successful in the program you need to be passionate and curious about technology. Be a great team player who is open minded and ready to take on responsibilities.
