The best thing about being a consulting grad at Cognizant is the teams you work with from day 1, especially since you collaborate with many different people across business development, client work and internal Cognizant squads. I found that my network of people grew extremely quickly, making day-to-day work really enjoyable.

I am very lucky to be surrounded by amazing and talented women in my team at work as well as in my day to day life.

I get to learn new things every day, which means my job is never boring. It’s also a very hands-on role, where I get to work directly with clients, grow my skills and see the impact of what I do.

I love the team that I work with, when you work full-time you spend a lot of time with those around you (often more than your own family) and having a good/supportive team around you makes the world of difference.  

Consulting can be a career path for anyone if you possess the ability to communicate, willingness to learn and can solve a problem.
