Entering the program without prior office experience, I was initially apprehensive. I had the all-dreaded ‘Imposter Syndrome’. However, the supportive atmosphere quickly dispelled my fears and I felt welcomed, recognised and valued.

The construction industry was out of my comfort zone when I first started (and a little now, I’m still learning) so most of the experiences I have had here are a first for me!

The greatest benefit of a Graduate role at CSL Behring is the variety in the work you are exposed to during your time in the Graduate Program.
