Office Work Environment
Amazing. The office space is generous - before getting the job I read about Adobe's layout of their offices around the globe, and I feel like it is very much true. Kitchens on each floor, stocked with food/snacks for us, in an extremely convenient location - lots of food options available, public transport is super close by. The dress code varies from people to people - there is smart casual and there is also formally dressed. I think people are comfortable in what they wear to work which is good.

Recruitment
The interview process for Adobe was interesting - there were multiple rounds of interviews and I spoke to quite a few people across the board. The interviewers spent time getting to know "me" as a person and I really appreciated this. The assessments during the interview process were great at channelling my willingness to work for Adobe and my creativity and values.
