The Australian Network on Disability runs two programs that connect students and jobseekers with disability to leading Australian employers. Both the Stepping Into Internship Program and PACE Mentoring Program provide valuable industry exposure, networking opportunities and employability skill development.
AND offers mentoring and paid internship opportunities with organisations such as ANZ, Optus, PwC, Telstra, Attorney General's Department, BHP, Comcare and more!
The Stepping Into program involves a recruitment process and includes an application, interview and selection processes with employers. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to complete a paid work experience program with one of our participating employers. You will also be required to participate in a one-on-one interview at the commencement of the program.
Any information about your disability will be removed prior to sending your application to the participating employers.
Employers that you are shortlisted to are responsible for selecting and notifying candidates for interviews and offering candidates a position in their program.
