Once we receive your CV, we will share it with the organization to find a suitable placement for you. Once a hiring manager has selected your profile for an interview, we will give you a call and explain the role in detail and share the expectations. This is also a good opportunity for you to tell us all about how awesome you are and how much you like Carsome and how excited you are about being part of our team!
Once everyone is happy, we will then share with you the offer letter and start the process of your onboarding. Some universities might have different internship schedules so please share yours with us and we will accommodate.

Generally, for interns, we offer a fair allowance to last you throughout your internship period. If you show promise in the work that you do, you might be asked to join us permanently once the internship is over! We have a lot of vacancies at Carsome due to how fast we are growing!
We will also provide you with opportunities to try to work for other departments so that you can get the most out of your Carsome experience. This way, you get a solid understanding of our business as a whole and get more involved with other aspects of what makes Carsome so great!
