DO WORK THAT MATTERS
Product & Customer Solutions comprises of the Everyday Business Banking (EBB) and Business Lending (BL) teams. EBB is accountable for Cash Management, Payments and Merchant Solutions and managing the end-to-end business customer experience. Aside from products, BL also has specialised sales teams offering working capital, business loans, asset finance, corporate finance and property finance to our business customers. Products that BL are accountable for include better business loans, bank overdraft, bank guarantees and market rate loans.
The EBB and BL team supports the full spectrum of customers' needs from the smallest business to the largest corporates. You will get a chance to design products and roll them out to client facing teams. Due to the range of product offerings, you will get a unique opportunity to work with a wide scope of stakeholders within and outside of Business Banking. As a graduate you may also get exposure to product management, process management, portfolio and pricing management as well as the delivery of analytical capabilities to support our business customers.

Our 18 month rotational graduate program starting on 14th February 2022, gives you a taste of what it's like to work with Australia's best bank. You'll have the unique opportunity to have 4 rotations to give you a holistic understanding of what Business & Private Banking has to offer. At the end of the program, you'll roll off into the team and location you started the program in.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
You are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of your application (essential);
In your final year of your university degree or have graduated within the last 12 months (essential); and
Achieving at least a credit average across your university degree (essential).

This role will require relocation to our Sydney offices. However, at CBA we provide flexible working which may include working remotely. Further details can be requested from our friendly team.
