  • The culture is fantastic. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Everyone is willing to assist in my learning outcomes.

  • Lots of resources spent on training and development, good work/life balance, lots of support from leaders.
  • So much support for mental health, staying fit and healthy, work life balance. Very supportive peers. Flexible hours, WFH!

Lots of stuff to do every day, plenty of responsibility lately, and recognition for what I accomplish. Very hands on, low level and technical which I love. Making things that I think will really make a difference.

A mixture of behavioural and personal questions. examples include: -tell me about yourself -why did you apply for CBA and this particular stream - what would you do if.... Interview Tips: Cultivate an attitude of learning and curiosity. Be aware that you do not know a lot, but that is an opportunity rather than a hinderance. Consider what you are passionate about. Also be aware of the 3 core values of care, courage, commitment. Think about how they fit into your personal brand, genuinely.

As a graduate, I am over the moon with my pay especially coming out of uni only ever being paid part-time rate. A recognition system that allows us to obtain points to exchange for various products/benefits e.g. reward cards, equipment or tickets to services/venues

The graduate program has an excellent development and training program with external speakers that traditionally younger people wouldn't get access to.
