I still access to flex hours where I am expected to work on average 8 hours a day and if I ever work extra hours, have the ability to work less hours in days later on. Whilst I am normally expected to work from 9am-5pm, I can work between the hours of 7am-7pm if needed on an ad hoc basis, along with working from home one day a week.

In my current role I am generally able to handle the workload within standard hours. The company is very flexible when it comes to using accrued flex entitlements and working from home. Very supportive of people taking leave/time off when requested and encouraging people to take leave if necessary if workloads are high.
