Recruitment Process

Submit an application of your CV
Once we have vetted your CV, our HR team will be sending over an email to schedule a Zoom meeting via Calendly.
The meeting will cover the role of the job, CV content, and other areas such as soft skill quality checks. Hypothetical situation tests will be covered as one of the questions as well
After a thorough assessment, our team will conduct a second round of an interview to confirm candidate hire. Topics covered will be in-depth to the role of job and important responsibilities that comes with it

Selection Criteria

Successful applicants all had one thing in common - all their answers within the hypothetical situation tests indicated leadership in character, and thoughtful initiatives to solve the problem

Remuneration & Career Growth

Gross salary: SGD3500 and above
Other benefits: Insurance Coverages and annual bonuses
Opportunities: Traveling entirely depends on the COVID situation but candidates should expect it once things get better
Promotion: We review performances every 6 months to a year so candidates should expect a raise if either result are positive
