Inviting applications for the role of the Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit students and recent graduates and entry level talent in Australia.

Junior Campus Recruiter responsibilities include attending and hosting college career fairs, building effective internship programs and evaluating junior candidates. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with events coordination, various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting, and excellent relationship-building skills.

The business in Australia is growing rapidly therefore, this is a newly created hybrid with a main focus on campus and entry level positions at Genpact.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and hosting campus recruitment events on campus and in-house and report on recruiting metrics after every event
  • Attending college career fairs, interacting with students, and promoting our employer brand externally
  • Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
  • Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and performing skills assessment tests for junior positions and internship
  • Facilitating interviews
  • Maintaining and monitoring applications within the applicant tracking systems
  • Act as a main point of contact for future and recent campus hires at Genpact.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • 0-2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry (technology, financial services, start up, etc)
  • Working knowledge of standard recruiting procedures in Australia
  • Great customer service skills and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related area.
