Progression of client work for an ongoing work, covering deep knowledge of specific financial products and their macro environment, as well as training and development.

Managers are highly accessible, and have a range of skills that make them excellent mentors for both general business development and specific hard skills. Communication is clear and fair. Achievements are recognised when they are made.

Work from home for the majority of my employment due to COVID. Otherwise, time mostly spent at client sites.

Extremely supportive and responsive Recruitment team/HR. I did not come across any other Recruitment/HR of any company that were as involved as them. It seemed like they actually cared about the fact that I have a good experience throughout the recruitment processes.

Could be better considered in the context of the revenue generated by an individual, but this is somewhat mitigated by the training and development opportunities which include formal certifications (i.e I've become certified in AWS) which are paid for.

Having only just begun at Genpact, the training and development programmes are promising. An avid learner, I can receive course recommendations as well as plan which topics I'd like to learn more about. A great balance of freedom of choice and recommended learnings.

Standard 9-5 but often require additional hours to complete tasks and meet deadlines. Very flexible with notice of leave.
