Recruitment Process
Application with your CV/resume and a cover letter (optional)
Phone interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist.
During this, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will ask you a range of questions to determine whether you will progress to the interview. They will also give you a range of information about the organisation and what we are looking for to help you with the interview.
In-person interview at the centre.
For Traineeship, Certificate III and Diploma roles this interview is conducted with the Centre Director. For Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership Roles, this is conducted by the Centre Director and another Leader from within the centre or from another centre.
If successful at the interview then references are completed by Harver (our external reference system)
