Career Prospects
Not from personal experience (due to only being new to the company), but it seems that the AHPs are given the opportunity to move into management positions or mentor positions quite easily
Great company culture. General hierarchy goes from Operations Manager-> Regional Manager -> Senior Physio -> physios. Great teamwork within a very supportive environment. Socialising events for colleagues every three months (company organises these)
They are very welcoming and friendly - extremely approachable. However, not able to see them much as they move from site to site (RM's generally cover at least 4-5 sites each)
Reasonable office space at the site that I am allocated to, however the main office for the company has large office space. Dress code includes: uniform polo top, black pants and all black shoes (no sneakers)
Interview with HR --> if first interview was successful then interview with one of regional manager (includes clinical questions) --> contract offered if successful.
Each new grad is allocated to a senior therapist who becomes their mentor. Very thorough training, with a check-list with all necessary areas to cover within a 3 month period.
