  • Even though we were told during the onboarding process that we are like individual contractors who are just partnering with Hireframe, I never felt alone. Hireframe is very helpful with training, metrics, feedbacks and weekly one on ones to talk not just about at work but how you are doing in life and everything. Even though we work remotely as ADRs, we still get to interact with the other ADRs via a healthy workplace chat group and occasional group huddles. I am learning a lot too because my client is entrusting me tasks that I am not that familiar with or things I have not tried before so I get to go outside my comfort zone.

  • Not really "the worst" thing, but one downside is that you have to manage on your own your Government contributions and there are no benefits like HMO, etc. because you are working for an international company. But the pay is good and all in all, I'd say it's still worth it.
  • Sometimes quota per day is not achievable without overtime.
  • Schedule. I have to work graveyard (Midnight until morning).
