WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE:
- Research and prospect industries, companies, and key decision-makers within the given criteria, to be endorsed to the sales acquisition team for further engagement.
- Create and maintain data and records in Salesforce and/or Hubspot
- Data mining and data extraction from databases and all available sources to identify the company and key decision makers' profile details and contact information
- Possibly create, maintain or update automated email campaigns and other back-office operations
- Manage email communications to warm up leads
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experience with research, prospecting, lead generation and/or any sales activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working remotely and during US work hours strongly preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ and other technologies and tools, preferred
- Bachelor's degree holder preferred

Pros and cons of working at Hireframe
Pros
Even though we were told during the onboarding process that we are like individual contractors who are just partnering with Hireframe, I never felt alone. Hireframe is very helpful with training, metrics, feedbacks and weekly one on ones to talk not just about at work but how you are doing in life and everything. Even though we work remotely as ADRs, we still get to interact with the other ADRs via a healthy workplace chat group and occasional group huddles. I am learning a lot too because my client is entrusting me tasks that I am not that familiar with or things I have not tried before so I get to go outside my comfort zone.
I work with the best and kindest people ever. They're extremely helpful and approachable. They acknowledge my achievements and contributions to the company.
Great people and stress-free work environment.
The people I work with are very nice. They help each other do well in their fields.
Compensation.
Cons
Not really "the worst" thing, but one downside is that you have to manage on your own your Government contributions and there are no benefits like HMO, etc. because you are working for an international company. But the pay is good and all in all, I'd say it's still worth it.
Sometimes quota per day is not achievable without overtime.
Schedule. I have to work graveyard (Midnight until morning).
