The salary for engineering graduates is above the national average so I have no complaints.

Bonuses are very small, and you could argue the pay is on the lower side. However, the company pays overtime and typically requires you to do a lot of it as a mechanical engineer. I think you'd be very happy with your effective salary at the end of the year!

Starting pay could be a little higher for an engineering role, however it certainly isn't the worst. Off the top of my head, bonus is a couple of percent

Base salary is bang on industry average - not super exciting, but pretty good. This is a bit of an insult for grads - we do far more growth and development than any other people in the business because we are new, but are still limited to 1%+CPI pay rise. Bonus of 0-3% I think - not too bad.

Reasonable for graduates with increase each year.

Good graduate wages. Bonuses are good but do not apply to new employees. Expect a fair jump if employed afterwards.

Flex leave - this is offered to those who are required to work additional hours. The additional time work is then converted into leave, similar to annual leave.

Company cars for site travel, food reimbursement on-site, I have heard of moving expenses being paid for and a great training budget of $2000/year.
