Hydro operates under a standard 37.5 work week (7.5 hours/day). Hydro uses flex time so you can easily take a day of if you build up the hours. Big projects sometimes require longer hours, but you are compensated with overtime.

Company is very flexible if your situation needs it to be. We have a flex hours system and also pay overtime when necessary. If the company requires you to be working overtime on site to get an asset back, you will get paid for the additional hours.

Doesn't really matter when you work, so long as you hit the 37.5 hours per week. Any hours worked longer in a week if required adds to a seperate leave balance to be taken

Normal working hours of 37.5 per week. This is up to you to manage, with no strict start/finish times. I would say quite flexible over all. Site work can involve much longer days for weeks/months at a time - but you get paid overtime so that almost makes up for it.
