The Women in Trading program is designed for forward-thinking students who love solving unique and complex problems. This program will be held on the 30th & 31st of January 2025, and is designed for women graduating in 2026 and beyond. This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity for participants to gain insight into the world of high-frequency trading and learn what traders and engineers do at IMC.

IMC is committed to encouraging and empowering female talent from all backgrounds to learn more about how their skills can be applied to a career in trading or engineering. If you have an academic background in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Studies, Computer Science, or equivalent, then this 2-day program is for you.

Learning alongside like-minded women, you will discover how our advanced trading strategies, industry-leading technology, and collaborative culture make IMC one of the most ambitious tech-driven trading firms in the world.

Learn the fundamentals of trading and engineering at IMC

  • Develop trading strategies using our custom-built trading simulation. Enhance your coding skills in our software and hardware workshops.

  • Receive mentorship throughout the program, learning from IMC traders and engineers through desk-shadowing, hands-on workshops, and networking sessions.
