Plenty of mandatory training and extended training options to grow on the employees csr

A lot of charity events through out the year + dedication for volunteer leaves.

In terms of ethical responsibility, i've observed fair treatment across all clients and employees regardless of age, race, culture, or sexual orientation. Also honest disclosure of operating concerns to stakeholders in a timely and respectful manner.

There's some good stuff with veteran work and mental health.

Leidos participate in a range of different programs/initiatives, none of which i have been a part of yet, however, leidos is very progressive in terms of csr.

One of my draw cards i mentioned in my interview, great ocm program in the works.

Leidos reacted extremely well to covid-19, ensuring the safety of its employees by issuing working from home mandates well before the government took any substantial action.

Recently my company added a new value called "inclusiveness". Culture seems to be more inclusive this year. E. G. Everyone gets asked if they want to go on a coffee run instead of only a select group of people.

We have fundraisers for the bush fires, and helping charities.

Partnered with bravery trust, and we have fundraising events throughout the year

The company is connected to the bravery trust and sponsors it regularly with clothing drives and funding. They also contributed to the bushfire appeals, as did the parent company in america. Employees are also given a day of paid volunteer work per year.

We have an employee chosen charity the company supports pretty heavily.

They have recently partnered with a charity in their line of work. They run a very strong campaign on ethical responsibility.

Leidos australia is a corporate member of supply nation and bravery trust is our charity partner.

Have personally been involved in the bravery trust and am working to help further initiatives into helping our veterans.

Leidos is now working closely with bravery trust where initiatives to participate in fundraising throughout the company are taking place which everyone has the opportunity to be a part of.

Leidos is very focused on getting involved and supporting the community. In australia, they are a supporter of the bravery trust. Globally they support many charities and community events.
