I'm happy with my pay, grads dont get bonuses

Pay is reasonable, being a graduate

We are a smaller company so our salary is probably on a lower scale compared to other companies but we get a lot of additional benefits that make up for it.

Happy with compensation, comparable to other industry-average graduate salaries.

Alright pay.

Graduate pay seems to be within the average range. No bonuses or promotion until I leave the graduate program. I do often feel like I'm working a lot for same pay as someone who doesn't do a lot. I understand that this is just temporary and will change once I leave the program.

As a grad the pay is reasonable and I have no issues. Bonuses I haven't experienced yet so I can't comment.

My pay is around the average for the industry. Bonuses are achievable for graduates which is great.

Pay is slightly sub-par for a graduate. The average salary for a graduate engineer, compared to other companies within the market, are a lot higher than nova systems.

No bonuses for grads. Pay at the company has gotten better after 18 months working here but could still be improved.

For where Nova Systems fits in the world of engineering, consulting, and overheads, Nova pays well.

Pay is reasonable. Bonuses don't appear to be achievable.

Graduate pay increases at a good rate ~10k increase per year. However, graduate program lasting 2 years is ~6months longer than it should, it is easy to get a ~25% pay increase if move to another company during the grad program. Have been told that graduates are eligible for bonuses, but I seriously doubt it. Also doubt many people work for a client would get a bonus as it is hard to see the good work they do. Seems that only internal employees/managers would get bonuses.

Pay is alright and matches what other companies offer to graduates.

Currently I am content with my pay as this is my first career role.

PD is quite nice and helps fund my office setup. All of my courses have also been paid for by PD.

Pd to use towards development on both a professional and personal level. Conference once a year for the entire company. Lunch of the month rewards program and partnership with discounts

My perks include an annual conference for all employees which is one of the most exciting times of the year. We have regular social events covered by the company which is great and access to a personal and professional development budget.

Lots of community and social events held. quarterly events and the big nova systems conference over 3-4 days which is all paid for. Lots of party events, seminars. Nova Personal Development money is also good for investing into its people. People are able to make use of the money to buy office items, attend conferences interstate and overseas.

Travel for training and networking events.

Lunch of the month, Graduate events once a quarter. Conference yearly. State wide event once a year.

None that I can think of. At least none that are of value to me.

The flexible work arrangements and numerous work events/activities are some of the most stand out perks Nova has.

Professional development (PD) budget ($5k) to be used for: conferences, courses, office equipment, health and wellbeing expenses (gym, sport etc.). and 5 days PD leave to be used for conferences/courses. Loyalty leave: 1 bonus day of annual leave a year that you work at the company (i.e. employee working for 5 years has 5 bonus days) - only starts after year 3 (with +3 days).

The ability to extend a return flight when on a work trip to take annual leave in another location

We get discounts through a program called engage. That's all I'm aware of, I expect there are more.

My company has personal/professional development budgets I can use to upskill myself in. There is also a rewards/discounts page I can gain discounts from.
