Pros & Cons
The community and culture are amazing. Everyone is friendly and always welcoming.
Flexible hours, good support.
The flexibility of work, variety of opportunities available and positive work environment.
The company invests in fostering community spirit and an interconnected culture.
Lots of amazing people who are willing to help and aid in your growth.
Probably due to the lack of knows, the industry is unpredictable, but that doesn’t always have to transfer to the grad program. There could be some fallback structure.
The office environment can on occasions often feel too quiet and remote.
The type of work can be not as interesting sometimes.
Graduate program was underwhelming. I don't think I have learnt a lot as an engineer.
Limited work opportunities. Tightened policy on relocation & flexible work.

Career Prospects
Currently there are no real career progression opportunities due to me being in the graduate program. I'd like to see how career progression will work once I leave the program.
Being an Australian-owned company, there is a major focus on reconciliation with indigenous Australians which I believe is something this company holds dearly.
There are a lot of good mentors - some better at some areas than others. There's so much support, and it does a good job at showing you there's always someone around to help.
This company is committed to reduce its environmental impact where identifiable. An example would be our reusable cups we take when going for a coffee.
