Very nice offices, modern and very central in the city and close to the station. Southbank Vic especially!

It’s nice office with light filled spaces and a comfortable work environment, allowing for collaboration of all people in it
Graduate, Adelaide - 13 Sep 2024
Very nice space, light and bright and in the CBD so close to a lot of things.
Dress code is dress for your day so as long as you’re dressing respectful, they encourage you to be comfortable.

Dress for your day dress code

Canberra office is great. Free parking is a major advantage over other main city office locations. Adelaide & Melbourne offices are in good locations, but subsidised parking is not available or reimbursed. Dress code is as casual, or as formal as you like!

Office space comes with some bonus e.g. snacks and drinks. In office dress code is fairly relaxed.

The facilities are very well equipped. Everything works and the office managers are very organised and good at what they do. I hear a lot of companies are diverting away from the standard dress code of "formal" to better suit employees. I'd love to see that being implemented. I understand the formal attire is mandatory when meeting clients, but for days with no client interaction, it would be nice to wear comfortable clothes to work.

The office space is located near the airbase and is very spartan. The location is handy if you work on base but not handy if you don't with the commute being up to 40min on a standard day and 1hr + on days were incidents cause issues. The internet connection in office is unreliable and can cause disconnects during meetings, the conference room had technical issues for over 12months and without the people I believe that attendance would be heavily reduced in the office.
The dress code is typically smart business for a standard day and business formal if meetings with stakeholders are occuring

The resources are pretty accommodating in my office. I have access to two additional monitors with my laptop, lockers, snacks and kitchen appliances. These are sufficient for me to get my work done. Dress code is to dress for your day but usually in the office this is smart casual.

Location is great. Offices are quite big and we have a great amount of food and drinks for employees. Dress code is very flexible with dress for your day policies.
Graduate, Canberra - 11 Sep 2024
Great facilities - coffee, tea, snacks, plates and cutlery etc. Dress code is business casual but can be less formal.
Graduate, Melbourne - 11 Sep 2024
Office space is accommodating, friendly, and promotes ergonomic balance. snacks, coffee, dishware and cooking stations. locations are appropriate and easy to access. Good parking options. Dress code is relaxed yet semiformal and professional. Fun dress codes encourage when appropriate. smaller office, outdoor seating space in shade is limited and relaxation areas can be crowded during certain time. overall good quality facility. My experience with overall company offices is high a high standard.

Fantastic office spaces. Well stocked kitchen with lots of snacks included. Dress code is flexible

I think the office space is great and is also centrally located to Melbourne cbd, but there are very frequent issues with the office facilities (ie monitors not working, tech issues in the meeting rooms). The dress code is business formal/casual which allows for an inclusive policy for most people to wear what they want.

Office is nice, clean, modern. Great snacks, plenty of facilities. Could use more microwaves but that's a problem that is easily resolved.
Graduate, Melbourne - 04 Sep 2024
new office spaces across the majority of offices with new equipment suitable for the work being completed, dress code is dress for the day meaning can be more formal when working with clients or more casual if completing work with client interaction.
Graduate, Canberra - 03 Sep 2024
A good atmosphere and space. can keep quiet or let the sun in. Free snacks and coffee

Some of the IT equipment (monitors and docks) are a little outdated and need an update.

Dress code is business casual to smart casual. Great kitchen area (coffee machine, snacks, drinks, utensils). Location is great - in a cool area just over the river from the city. Would be nice if there was a gym/sauna/pool, the old office had facilities like this.
Graduate, Melbourne - 09 Nov 2023
Both the QLD and VIC offices which I've worked out of have been great. The facilities and office space/desks are all just what's needed. The kitchen provided also gives ample room to sit and eat at with colleagues, and is amply stocked with snacks and treats as well. The dress code is flexible, usually around business/smart casual, depending on client prescence.
