We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a full-time permanent Graduate Agronomy & Sales Support to join our Ingham branch to help drive in-store sales of our agricultural merchandise products and offer expert product knowledge to our broad client base in Ingham.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has studied an ag-related degree and is looking to kick start their career within the industry.
A typical day may look like:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide agronomic, technical, and whole farm management advice to our broad client base. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to create sales opportunities aimed at expanding the customer base of the branch through strong customer service and advice. I am a graduate agronomist, so my role is to learn and help sell products but also look after clients and give recommendations.
Changes daily, but goes from planning with growers their plans for the year and throughout the year involved in decision making and data gathering to make the best recommendations for future seasons and/or current decisions
