We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Administrator to join our Docklands office, working alongside our Head of Finance and as part of the national finance team. This position will report directly to the Head of Finance. The role is autonomous in nature and the successful candidate will need to take ownership of their responsibilities and tasks.

What you will do:

  • Assist The Head of Finance with all required administration tasks
  • Complete expense claims through the Expense Management System in a timely manner
  • Provide support to the Head of Finance and Finance Leadership Team in
  • Arranging meetings/appointments
  • Event coordination
  • Travel and expense management
  • Correspondence and associated documentation as and when needed
  • Central administrator for finance support, policies, and intranet
  • Invoice processing
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

What you will bring:

  • Prior experience in a Team Assistant role within a large corporate environment
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to effectively manage competing demands and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A collaborative team-focused mindset
  • Flexible approach and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
