About the opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Rewards Administration Officer with exceptional administration and customer service skills to join our National Data Integrity team. This role is a permanent part-time role working 24 hours per week. Flexibility on days and hours will be given to the successful candidate.
In addition, you will:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and impeccable attention to detail; and
- Manage the Rewards Gift card redemptions
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including Network
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident utilising Microsoft office suite (Outlook, excel, word)
- Provide adhoc reporting tasks as directed by the Rewards Data Analyst
