Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Culture is fairly relaxed. Hierarchy is based on role and experience. People generally cooperate and work as a team somewhat. Most people are fairly social and are willing to have a conservation.

The office culture throughout the year is good, with clients coming in and out to pick up the products they require and have a chat. I find the structure of the business here in a good place with 2 senior agronomists, 1 graduate agronomist (me), 2 shop workers and a branch manager who is easy to talk too and communicate with. Communication can sometimes be a problem in the branch but usually it is very good with knowing what stock we have on hand and general socialising between colleagues.

Staff are all accommodating and welcoming. Bosses are easy to contact and talk to. Communication and interaction between head office and branch encouraged. Newsletters about what's going on are distributed.

The culture is really good both in and out of the office. Nutrien is quite a large company as has many sectors within the business. Each with its own hierarchy and structure. Fortunately, the company holds conferences to allow networking between employees from all across of Australia and from all sectors of the business.

The store I work in has a clear structure and hierarchy. All staff members in the branch share a common goal of high-quality customer service and are all willing to assist other staff members if help is needed.

A relaxed and friendly environment. No micromanagement and plenty of autonomy to manage your own time and priorities. A good team environment where everyone is willing to help each other in busy periods. Generally, people do their own thing after work hours unless on a work trip.

The culture within the office is great, we are able to have a laugh and a good time whilst also getting our work done. Within the office my questions were always answered with enthusiasm and in a way that my colleague really wanted to teach me. I am fortunate to have good relations with my colleagues so after hours socialising and events is something I always look forward too.

Socially and work-related culture is great! Everyone is very supportive of each other's learning and growth within the business along with being supportive emotionally after hours. Everyone knows their role and everyone shares information. Everyone is open about discussing work related problems and tackles client issues or supply issues together with very open communication so everyone is always on the same page. Everyone knows what is expected of them.

High performing team. At times management bottlenecks can occur. Great office culture where we work hard to achieve common goals, and maintain strong professional friendships. I find at nutrien that when I ask for help I generally receive it.

Mostly friendly culture during and after work hours. A little bit of lack of communication within the team sometimes. Occasionally have staff social events, like going to the pub for dinner.

Have a good relationship with everyone I work with both inside and outside of work. I guess like any workplace there is always situations where people dont see eye to eye.

Really good overall at all branch levels and between branches.

The culture at our company is great both in and after office hours, everyone is very friendly and we promote a learning environment, where we can also freely joke around and be more like friends working together rather than simply office colleagues. We have a structured team with managers for each team, although we follow a proper hierarchy, when it comes to discussions and collaboration everyone has an equal amount of say.

Nutrien's culture is great. Management and colleagues are easy to talk to, socialize and are encouraging us to ask questions both during office and after hours.
