Nutrien is all for diversity and equality in the workplace. They have a program which is all about having women in agriculture. I have not seen any issues in the workplace regarding diversity.

I think there is still a lack of women in the agronomic position (appears to be more coming through) and some stigmas between clients and female agros. I think there is still bias toward males in the agriculture community.

The company runs training modules to ensure that people understand the importance of diversity and when to detect where there is an issue within the workplace in regards to diversity. The company also runs programs like women in leadership to help train those interested in a leadership role, further promoting diversity of women across the whole company including in the leadership team.
