As a graduate agronomist under a mentor, I spend a lot of my time in the Ute with him, seeing his clients and paddocks. I highly enjoy working out in the field and am now taking responsibilities of attempting to put my name out there to gain my own client base.

Customer service. Buying & selling merchandise. Accounts receivable / payable.

My role as a graduate agronomist is to learn and assist my mentor agronomist. To develop my skills and knowledge base under an experienced agronomist. I check crops, I liaise with clients, and write recommendations whilst also helping with in-shop support.

I have my own clients I see weekly that I give chemical recommendations to after monitoring for pest and disease in a given paddock. Depending on the time in the season I also do tissue & soil tests when required and give feedback based on the results received.

Agronomist with responsibilities to manage crop establishment, , nutrition, pests, and disease pressures across our client base. Farm rotation and financial planning and variety/product trial work. Dealing with suppliers to access new products and negotiate terms.

My role includes planning shipments of products to meet the demands of the network. It also includes tracking shipments and the administration of on system tasks.

Changes daily, but goes from planning with growers their plans for the year and throughout the year involved in decision making and data gathering to make the best recommendations for future seasons and/or current decisions

I am a graduate agronomist, so my role is to learn and help sell products but also look after clients and give recommendations.

Professional development ie: training courses and webinars. Agronomy account management General store/warehouse/delivery duties

Providing advice to growers, paddock plans, soil testing, tissue testing, helping in the shop, scouting crops etc.

3 days on road & 2 in the office - All things agronomy both broadacre and horticulture - Smaller role then a usual agronomist as Im still a graduate but hoping to grow that next year

Currently a Trainee agronomist, with direct dealings with clients including recommendations, advice, farm planning and risk mitigation.

My day-to-day responsibilities involve mainly platform engineer work, for instance, working compliance checks and making sure our infrastructure is properly configured with best security practices in mind.

I have had the privilege of being an associate Iteration manager and an Associate Product Manager in my graduate rotation. Both roles have different responsibilities but more recently as Associate Product Manager - I have owned a piece of work for which I have had full responsibility to manage the project, which was a lot of hands-on work and I've managed to learn a lot on the go.
