What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
I think the pay at Nutrien is very good and aligns well with the amount of work put in. Unfortunately, I don't enjoy being paid monthly. I have only been at the company for 12 months and I have received a nice Christmas bonus which was a surprise to me. Other bonus' like graduate trips away and conferences are very enjoyable, increase knowledge base and your overall network.

Pay is very good for graduate position. Bonuses are good, but distribution could be called uneven.

Pay is typical of an entry level position. There are bonuses to staff at the branch manager's discretion. Depending on the year the company will also give out bonuses to all staff.

With current times the pay is very acceptable with the number of hours I do in a season and living expenses. As I'm on the road every day I have a company car. Lastly the company looks after it's employees and safety is their main priority.

Good bonus scheme but graduates not eligible. Starting salary lower than industry rivals.

The pay and bonus scheme at Nutrien are good.

Pay is higher than I was expecting for a role where my position was to learn and attend trainings for the first 2 years. As I started mid-way through the year I was not eligible for bonuses so cannot comment

Bonuses aren't split evenly don't believe by a system they use.

I have found the pay and bonus structure to be satisfactory

I haven't received my first bonus yet so I am unable to comment. Pay is decent considering I'm in a grad position. As I gain more experience I'm hoping to get a pay increase.

On a graduate wage currently so dont get a bonus and am on a little wage. Wage is fair as I am learning but I dont see why a graduate should be excluded from the bonus pool.

In my current situation with my experience I think I can only ask what I am currently being paid. However as my experience grows which it has and I add value to the branch/business I would really hope my pay will reflect this. The bonus system is good as it rewards progressive branches with high efficiency.

The pay is good, as an IT graduate the amount I get is reasonable although who doesn't want to get paid more :)

Perks of Graduate trips and conferences are very nice to go on as in the 12 months of being at Nutrien I have been to Perth, Melbourne and Adelaide for work. Along with supplier benefits including pub feeds and clothing from their brand.

Company's best perks was an overseas conference last year. I also recieved free tickets to football games and interstate trips as a part of the graduate program.
Graduate, Sydney
Company car, training events and networking are fully catered for, including drinks, food and entertainment. Various trips interstate and over seas are always being spoken about. Sporting game tickets and weekends away with or without clients are shared around between employees.

Personal development days - cost covered by the company. Free dinners every now and then. Would probably have had more perks, COVID has ruined most of these events.
