Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
The informal training on the job through my mentors Daniel Hillebrand and Matthew Smith has been the biggest development for myself as it is directly related to how I will conduct myself when I have my own client base. Other development such as mental abilities and communication skills have been worked on through the graduate program with Robyn Barber on the graduate trips and team's meetings.

Managers are passionate about teaching graduates about the tasks they are given, and how it relates to the organisation as a whole. Further, there are many training programs on the HR system, such as using Excel, that can be learned.

There are so many opportunities for further learning and development. Nutrien values training and is very enthusiastic about providing/facilitating/organising a wide range of training for their graduates. The further training I have received has been fantastic!

Nutrien definitely invests in their workers especially in their graduates. Training based on personal development in regard to personality and how to flex in certain situations. I have been fortunate enough to be able to attend a sales training session which further assisted with my general communication and how befit the client instead of just selling something.

I went on to graduate trips where seminars were held about personal development. We were taught about ourselves and what the best way is for us to year, we were also taught about how to be professional and deal with different types of customers. Throughout the year I have picked up numerous skills, I have improved my communication skills in a professional environment, increased time management skills and other training such as excel and SAP (inventory system).

We have free training courses available in the company portal - this library is not too extensive but they are very high level and covers most topics.
