The office hours vary. Throughout the summer you will be spending a lot of hours in the branch if you are in a winter rainfall zone like I am (Yorke Peninsula). Throughout the season, most days we are out doing paddock inspections and interacting with farmers which is my favourite part of the job.

Full-time without overtime paid. We do overtime hours, but they include reasonable overtime in salary package. They are flexible when it comes to needing time off for appointments or if you have sick kids. Maternity/paternity flexibility is also very good.

Hours in the office physically vary, as majority of the hours are done out in the paddock. SO far hours are flexible with working with the weather (hot days) and with lots of driving involved and training all things are accounted for and very easily worked into your hours and commitments

Its the type of work where you are on call most of the day, and you work till you get what you need to done. If that's 1 or 2 hours later getting home that's what it is, or leaving an hour or two earlier. Its just the nature of the game we play in.

As a global company that works closely with our counterpart in the US, our company if very flexible when it comes to hours, if for instance you needed to wake up very early to work with the US on something that was urgent you're more than welcome to drop off earlier that same day. Where appropriate flexibility is allowed.
