Gender Equality at PEXA

We are committed to supporting gender equality. We’ve introduced several initiatives aimed at empowering all genders and identities. These include reviewing recruitment practices and processes to attract a diverse talent pool, remuneration and performance rating analysis performed annually by gender, and becoming a Supporting Partner of Family Friendly Workplaces through Parents at Work. We’re also benchmarking our performance through the annual Workplace Gender Equality Agency report.
