Your application

The application will be sent through our Careers Page, here you will need to include your CV and a short cover letter outlining how you meet the needs of the role you are applying for.

Phone interview

If you are successful, you will have a phone interview with the hiring manager who will just want to briefly get to know you and see if you fit the role. This is your chance to explain some elements of your CV or provide details about your previous experience and how this may be useful in Police Bank. This call should only take 10 minutes.

Interview

If you are selected for the next stage of interviews, you will have an in-person or digital interview with the hiring manager and a member of our People team who will go over your application and discuss your experiences and visions of the role.

We've found that successful applicants are people who are curious, driven and passionate about learning. We know that experience isn't the only factor that should determine if you're right for the role, so we value those who are keen to give anything a go.

  • Nice culture, everyone is very welcoming and management seems to have a genuine interest in my career.
  • General exposure to a number of different areas of business as it is a smaller business than large corporations.
  • The opportunity and exposure to work on multiple projects.

  • The team culture is great, and overall a nice work environment.
  • I'd say the only negative would be the salary being quite low in comparison to the industry average and for my department there being limited progression to a higher role.
