Successful candidates will be invited for a short interview with management representatives, which typically acts as the final stage in the recruitment process.
Engineering internships are full-time positions over the university summer break and will be offered a paid position with a rate of $35/hr.
Graduate engineer remunerations are negotiated upon successful hire, but a salary of $78,000 plus superannuation can be expected as a base. As per the Engineers Australia pathway, a Graduate engineer can expect to be promoted to the Engineer grade after 3 years of postgraduate experience in the industry.
