Leading The Way

RPS was founded in 1970 by a passionate team of academics in Oxfordshire. They shared a dream of creating an environmental planning practice dedicated to making the world a better place. RPS played a leading role in raising awareness on the importance of balance to protect the environment itself and the welfare of the people living in it.

Recruitment process

Occasionally our internal recruitment team needs some support on those difficult-to-fill roles and we fully recognize that a good recruitment agency can be a vital part of the process. So we've created a Preferred Supplier List of trusted partners to help us when required. This means that any speculative CVs or unsolicited candidate introductions from agencies who are not on our PSL will be treated as gifts.

We’re not currently looking to add any more agencies to the PSL and we would appreciate you refraining from contacting any of our managers or recruitment team with sales calls or details of your candidates. If your perfect role isn't currently available, we are very happy to receive your CV with a cover letter describing what you are looking for and how we can support you to achieve your ambitions.  We will review and respond to your submission as soon as possible.

Training For Today, Expertise For The Future

As a registered training organization, RPS facilitates skills development for a wide range of sectors and organization types. With the option to participate in tailored training courses, intensive in-house learning or self-paced online development, we can craft a training program to build your team’s capabilities in project management, health, safety and risk, or specialist technical disciplines (geotechnical, petroleum engineering).

Remuneration

Average RPS Group hourly pay ranges from approximately $12.24 per hour for Mail Processor to $21.63 per hour for Administrative Assistants.

Controversies

Not the job for a proper family man, work away Monday-Friday nearly every week for minimum wage, no extra incentives, erratic hours. Not a bad place to work overall , but there are just many niggling issues and there aren’t many satisfied employees.
