Pros & Cons

  • Supportive and friendly team environment. It makes my experience pleasant and my ability to learn more effective.
  • Good work-life balance, a clear career path, a good team, good leadership, lots of events, and an interesting variety of work
  • Knowing that I have a well-defined career path and many opportunities to learn, develop, and diversify my skills.
  • Large events and training days outside the office/getting to meet others from different offices
  • I feel like I can be myself. There are lots of opportunities, a great team environment, and flexible career opportunities.
  • Due to the growth of the firm, I don't have my own desk yet.
  • There are so many aspects to learn, and it can take a while to develop an understanding of the processes.
  • The team is understaffed and underresourced. Other staff and other divisions are good and seem to have more assistance and training for their graduates.
  • Busy season.
  • Lack of incentives or rewards for working longer hours
