Recruitment Process

Steps

Application, not necessarily inclusive of CV, but preferably an introduction to the candidate and their work
In-person/online interview which consists of a brief chat and discussion of work and interests
Sometimes a technical task depending on the nature of the position
An interview with the relevant Team Leads to discuss more technical aspects and gauge personality.
A final interview with the CEO and COO to gauge strengths and suitability for the organisation.

Remuneration & Career Growth

AUD 45,000 -150,000 depending on position. Most entry level positions lean towards the lower end
Fully catered daily breakfasts, lunches, coffees and sometimes dinners
Provision of high-end Apple products for use depending on position
Travel, public speaking, autonomy, collaboration, ownership
6-12 months, depending on how committed and strong the worker is
