Unified Health provides an elite approach to healthcare where we pride ourselves on client-centered care. Unified Health works across both New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory with six main hubs from Byron Bay in the north to Wagga Wagga and Canberra in the south.

We provide gold standard care across multiple Allied Health services, including Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Speech pathology, Exercise physiology, and Dietetics. We cover four major aspects of healthcare including NDIS, Aged Care, Private Practice, and Community Health. This provides the opportunity for professional growth in multiple areas with passionate and positive clinicians as well as a supportive administration team to help you along the way.

Unified Health is different in the sense that we are a family-run business that values each and every staff member. Unified Health offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of healthcare as well as multiple locations where clinicians can broaden their skills and become the best clinician they can be.

Our current Unified Health staff value our positive culture and mate-ship as well as the wide range of opportunities available. Several of our clinicians have taken on the opportunity of traveling across our Hubs, with all taking back a newfound confidence and increased knowledge to put into practice.

Unified Health provides a thorough Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program with structured interactive discussions and reflections held (at least) monthly with all staff involved, no matter the distance! At Unified Health, we have multiple senior staff members that are available at any time to help support your journey and further clinical development.

At Unified Health, we have frequent social team dinners and events in which we all get together and have a great time! Unified Health truly feels like one big happy family. You can travel between hubs and be welcomed with open arms even though it might be your first face-to-face encounter with them!

Recruitment Process

At Unified Health we understand that one size does not fit most when applying for jobs - that's why we have several different ways in which we communicate with you!

First of all, a CV and cover letter are required. This should detail any relevant experience, certificates, training, and information stated in the advertisement or is requested and why you think you would be the best fit for Unified Health.

Often one of our administration team will contact you first and have a discussion to find out a little bit more about you. You will then be given the opportunity to speak to a senior clinician in your respective field for any clinical questions - this is also a great opportunity to ask questions and get an idea of our Company's values and morals. If successful, our Managing Director will also follow up with a phone call to answer any final questions.

Phone calls are always a great option however at Unified Health we like to shake things up a bit! In keeping with our positive team culture, more often than not, you will have the opportunity to meet up with staff prior to accepting the job to get to know the people you may be working with! For example, some of our interviews have been held over a coffee catch-up, casual team dinner or even playing Top Golf!

Successful applicants are all honest, hardworking individuals. Your care and compassion for people must be strong and you must have the personal drive to be the best clinician you can be.
All clinicians within our company are open, approachable, and enthusiastic, one of the many reasons why we are such a great company to work for!

Remuneration & Career Growth

Unified Health provides well above award remuneration. Conversations regarding remuneration will be had with our Managing Director.

As mentioned previously, each staff member has the opportunity to rotate between hubs for further experience and to get to know our great team and work with all multidisciplinary team members.

You will also be provided with the opportunity to visit our head office (located in sunny Forster, NSW) and learn from experienced and passionate clinicians. While you're here you'll stay for a short rotation in the company-owned beach house (with water views!) and get to experience all that Unified Health has to offer.

Your career can progress as you would like it to - there is no one timeline for every person. At Unified Health we strongly believe that you get out what you put in! This means that everyone has the opportunity to take on more responsibly and therefore be rewarded on their merit. This is a case-by-case scenario, however, if you are passionate, driven, and willing to grow professionally, Unified Health offers these opportunities for you.

Depending upon location, you may have the opportunity to work across Private Practice, Community Health, NDIS, and Aged Care. Some staff even request transfers within the company to further their careers and set themselves apart. If this is something you want - you just have to ask. We are an ever-growing business and welcome you to become part of our team!
